Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 2, 2026
By accessing the EnviScale API or dashboard, you agree to these terms. We keep them simple because you have robots to train.
The Service
EnviScale provides an API and platform that estimates physical properties (mass, friction, inertia) from 3D geometry and generates simulation-ready environments.
Intellectual Property (Yours)
You own your data. You retain all intellectual property rights to the 3D meshes and CAD files you upload to EnviScale. We claim no ownership over your proprietary hardware designs.
You also own the generated output (the MJCF XML files and physics profiles) returned to you by our API.
Your meshes in → your physics out. We are here to do math, not steal your IP.
Intellectual Property (Ours)
We own the EnviScale platform, the API, our proprietary Vision-Language-Model (VLM) physics pipelines, and our documentation. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the EnviScale inference engine.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the API. This includes intentionally bypassing rate limits, deploying malicious code, or attempting to overload our infrastructure. We reserve the right to revoke API keys for abusive behavior to protect the platform for other developers.
The “Sim-to-Real” Disclaimer(Limitation of Liability)
EnviScale provides mathematical estimates based on geometry and AI-driven material classification. While we strive for physical accuracy, the real world is infinitely complex. EnviScale is not liable for real-world hardware damage. You are strictly responsible for validating physics parameters, implementing safety protocols, and testing your robotics policies before deploying them to physical hardware.
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Note: This will be updated to Delaware, USA upon future US incorporation.
