By accessing or using EnviScale, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Service
EnviScale is a simulation asset compiler that transforms meshes, CAD files, and related geometry into simulation-ready assets, validation reports, and exports for robotics simulation workflows.
Supported outputs may include MJCF, URDF, USD Physics, and other formats made available through the platform.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all geometry, CAD files, meshes, USD assets, and related content uploaded to EnviScale.
You also retain ownership of the generated outputs and simulation assets produced from your content.
EnviScale receives only the rights necessary to process your content and provide the service.
Our Intellectual Property
EnviScale, including the platform, software, APIs, documentation, compilation pipelines, validation systems, and related technology, is owned by EnviScale and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or attempt to extract proprietary components of the platform except as permitted by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Abuse, disrupt, or overload the service
- • Circumvent authentication, quotas, or rate limits
- • Upload malicious software or harmful content
- • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer data
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Simulation Disclaimer
EnviScale generates simulation assets, validation reports, and related outputs based on uploaded geometry and available metadata.
Simulation results may differ from real-world behavior.
Customers are responsible for validating generated outputs, reviewing safety requirements, and performing appropriate testing before deployment on physical hardware.
The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnviScale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the service or generated outputs.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India unless otherwise specified by a separate written agreement.
