At EnviScale, our mission is to build the physics infrastructure for physical AI. We treat your data with the same precision and security as our physics engine. We are a developer-first platform, meaning we believe in transparency, minimal data collection, and absolute data security.
What We Collect
Account Information
When you request API access, we collect your email address and company name.
Simulation Data
When you use the EnviScale API, we process the 3D meshes (.obj, .glb, .ply) you upload to calculate geometry and physics parameters.
Telemetry
We collect basic API usage metrics (processing time, error rates, request volumes) to monitor system health and rate limits.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data for one primary purpose: to provide and improve our physics engine.
We process your meshes to return your simulation environments (MJCF, URDF, SDF).
Model Improvement
To build the ultimate ground-truth physics layer, we may use anonymized geometric and material data from API requests to train and improve our physics inference models. Enterprise tier customers may opt out of data training entirely.
We never sell your data, email, or 3D models to third parties. Ever.
Data Security
Your proprietary CAD files and meshes are processed securely. Temporary files used during API inference are automatically purged from our processing servers immediately after your ZIP package is generated.
Global Compliance
We serve a global robotics ecosystem. We process data in compliance with international standards (including GDPR and CCPA principles). You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
