At EnviScale, we build a simulation asset compiler for robotics. We believe in minimal data collection, transparent policies, and secure handling of customer assets.
What We Collect
Account Information
When you request access to EnviScale, we may collect your name, email address, company name, and related account information.
Asset Data
When you use EnviScale, we process the meshes, CAD files, USD assets, and related geometry you upload in order to generate simulation assets, validation reports, and exports.
Operational Telemetry
We collect limited operational metrics such as request volume, processing duration, compilation status, and error logs to maintain platform reliability and security.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide the EnviScale service.
Uploaded geometry is processed to generate simulation assets, validation reports, and supported exports such as MJCF, URDF, and USD Physics.
Service Improvement
We may use anonymized and aggregated compilation metadata to improve the reliability, performance, and accuracy of the platform. Enterprise customers may request additional data handling controls where available.
We do not sell customer data, uploaded assets, or account information to third parties.
Data Security
Uploaded assets are processed on secure infrastructure.
Temporary processing artifacts may be retained only as long as required to complete compilation, validation, and export generation. Operational logs and generated outputs may be retained for service reliability, debugging, compliance, and customer support purposes.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the geometry, CAD files, meshes, and other content you upload to EnviScale.
EnviScale does not claim ownership of your designs, models, or generated simulation assets.
Global Compliance
We serve customers globally and aim to operate in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and industry-standard security practices.
You may request account deletion or removal of associated data by contacting us.
